Terms of Use
Our terms page covers what you agree to when you open an account; this page covers what we do with the details you hand over. Both share the same definitions.
This page explains what we collect when you open an account with virgin games, why we collect it, and the choices you keep over it. Read it once...
We apply this policy to people who reach virgin games from supported regions, and only where local law permits, rather than pretending one rule fits every country. When you open your account from Pakistan, the details you hand over stay inside the systems that run it: your name, contact number, date of birth and the payment records behind your JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay
or Raast transfers. We hold those records to confirm who you are, settle withdrawals and answer you quickly when something looks wrong. Some jurisdictions require data to be kept for a fixed period after an account closes; others ask for earlier deletion. Where those rules collide we follow the stricter local requirement and tell you which one applied.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

The cookie notice lists the small files your browser stores and how to clear them. Where it touches personal data it points back here rather than repeating the same promises.
That page explains when we ask for documents. This page explains how those documents are stored, who may open them and when they leave our systems.
Payment terms describe how JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast transfers settle. The privacy side covers the records those transfers leave behind and how long we hold them.
Security covers passwords, device checks and login alerts. Privacy picks up from there, setting out what we log about each sign-in and who inside the company may see it.
When a data question turns into a complaint, that page sets out the escalation path and the timeframes we work to. Your privacy case reference travels with it.
Our anti-money-laundering statement explains why certain records must be kept even after an account closes. Where a legal hold applies, it overrides the deletion timelines shown here.
This page is built to be read quickly and revisited often, so the parts you want most sit within reach. A fixed section rail, dated stamps and short...
